Using New MediaTechnologies to CollectAudience FeedbackSurveyMonkeyWe used SurveyMonkey inorder to create a surveythat could be easilyaccessed by audiencesOnce the survey iscomplete, it can beshared by the webaddress generated foryouThis was a useful tool forfeedback as it allowed for bothqualitative and quantitativedataIt also keeps feedbackanonamous, which meant thatdata could be truthful and nonbiasedAn advantage of using this newtechnology over a traditionalsurvey is that it collects all thedata into one place, and allowsyou to analyse it in charts andgraphs so it is easy to compareHowever, this can also bedisadvantageous as some people writeirrelevant and jokey answers, as wellas possibly lying about some factorsThe online factor is also useful as it'sincredibly easy to share, and collecting alarger sample of data is simpleSoundcloudThis was very useful as it allowed me to keep anonline record of audio feedback that wouldotherwise had to have been in note formBeing online, this was accessible onvarious platforms for examplethrough an app on my phone.
